“Mummy, no sleep.”
Beibei meant she was awake and didn’t want Mummy to sleep either.

She opened her eyes, still holding her daughter. The two shared a moment of affection before she set Beibei down beside her and got up.

Beibei nodded, crawling to her feet and stretching out her arms for a hug.
Hai Tong picked her up, carried her to get some clothes, and helped her change. When Zhan Yin came in with the bottle, she handed Beibei to him and went to freshen up.
During the day, Beibei wasn’t as clingy with her, and Zhan Yin could feed her the formula.
