Absolute God Chapter 2391

Lin Yun had learned that the Wuji Heavenly Palace would open in six months.

He resolved to enter it.

For the next five months, he stayed in the tribe, awaiting the palace’s opening.

Five months later.

Inside Lin Yun’s residence.

The tribe chief entered.

“My lord, the Wuji Heavenly Palace will open in a month. Our tribe is sending one person, and they’ll depart soon. You can travel together,” the chief said.

Lin Yun had told the chief he intended to go to the Wuji Heavenly Palace, and if the tribe sent someone, they could guide him.

“My lord, I’m Huaixi, honored to travel with you,” a young, robust man behind the chief stepped forward, saluting Lin Yun.

“So it’s you.” Lin Yun nodded with a smile.

Huaixi was a standout among the tribe’s younger generation. Having lived in the tribe for five months, Lin Yun had seen him train diligently.

The chief said, “My lord, with Huaixi traveling with you, I’m reassured. If trouble arises, please look after him. I thank you in advance.”

He saluted Lin Yun.

Lin Yun smiled. “I’ll need him to guide me. By the way, is Huaixi the only one your tribe is sending?”

“My lord, entering the Wuji Heavenly Palace requires crossing the floating bridge outside, which isn’t easy. Only those under a hundred years old can enter, and those below the Flawless Body stage will die on the bridge. Huaixi, at the early Flawless Body stage, is our only suitable candidate. In previous openings, we had no one,” the chief explained.

Lin Yun nodded in understanding.

The chief turned to Huaixi. “Huaixi, you’re our tribe’s greatest talent in a century. Our hopes for prosperity rest on you. Give it your all!”

“Don’t worry, Chief. I’ll do my best!” Huaixi said, his gaze resolute.

That afternoon, Lin Yun and Huaixi set out from the tribe.

Since Lin Yun was unfamiliar with this world, traveling with Huaixi was advantageous.

They first headed to the Western Alliance to join others going to the Wuji Heavenly Palace.

After five months in the tribe, Lin Yun had learned about this world’s structure.

It had countless tribes, grouped under four alliances: Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern.

Each alliance governed numerous tribes, large and small.

Large tribes had millions or tens of millions, while smaller ones, like the Yiyuan Tribe, had a few hundred thousand.

At its peak, the Yiyuan Tribe had two to three million people.

Tribes under the same alliance generally avoided large-scale conflicts, though minor disputes were common.

After half a month of travel…

“Lord Lin, that’s X河城 ahead!” Huaixi pointed to a massive city.

X河城 was the headquarters of the Western Alliance.

Tribes under the alliance conducted trade here, making the city bustling.

After entering, Huaixi led Lin Yun to a grand palace in the city center.

“Lord Lin, this is the Western Alliance headquarters,” Huaixi said, beaming.

“Huaixi, you seem excited,” Lin Yun said, smiling.

They had grown familiar over the half-month journey.

“Of course, Lord Lin! Going to the Wuji Heavenly Palace is everyone’s dream and an honor!” Huaixi said.

At the palace’s side entrance, Huaixi approached.

“I’m from the Yiyuan Tribe, registering for the Wuji Heavenly Palace.”

He presented a tribal token to the elderly guard.

After inspecting it, the guard said, “Your Yiyuan Tribe hasn’t participated in years. Sending two this time? Seems your tribe has developed well.”

He registered them, glancing curiously at Lin Yun several times.

Lin Yun’s height and appearance stood out. Most people here were over two meters tall, some even three meters. At just over 1.7 meters, Lin Yun was rare and often seen as inferior.

The guard’s gaze reflected this oddity.

“Only two people, and you’re excited?” a discordant voice came from behind.

Lin Yun turned to see eight figures approaching—six men and two women, all over two meters tall. Their leader, a three-meter-tall giant, towered like a mountain.

“It’s the Fenglu Tribe!” Huaixi’s face paled.

The guard looked up and smiled. “The Fenglu Tribe is a major tribe in our Western Alliance. How can the Yiyuan Tribe compare?”

“Of course!” the group said arrogantly, reaching the entrance.

“You two, get out of the way!” the three-meter-tall leader barked at Lin Yun and Huaixi, brimming with arrogance.

Huaixi’s expression shifted.

“Lord Lin, the Fenglu Tribe is powerful. Let’s step aside.”

Huaixi pulled Lin Yun back.

The giant leader looked at Lin Yun curiously.

“Yo, the Yiyuan Tribe brought a white pig? So pale and short—you want to go to the Wuji Heavenly Palace? Haha, is your tribe that desperate?” he sneered.

“Pfft! Haha!”

His companions laughed, covering their mouths.

In this world’s aesthetic, darker skin, greater height, and bulkier builds were considered handsome.

The three-meter giant was a heartthrob to many women.

At just over 1.7 meters and lean, Lin Yun seemed frail and weak in their eyes!

“Shut your mouth, or trouble will find you,” Lin Yun said, frowning and glancing at him.
