They had already learned yesterday that Little Green Dragon had invited Lin Yun as a guest.
“Today’s agenda concerns him, so his presence is necessary. I ask for your understanding, elders. Please, be seated,” Little Green Dragon said again.
The elders then took their seats.
The Grand Elder looked at Lin Yun. “Lad, why do I sense a faint trace of our Dragon Clan’s aura in you? Did you… soak in our sacred pool?”
Before Lin Yun could respond, Little Green Dragon interjected, “Correct, he did soak in the sacred pool, at my invitation.”

The four elders present visibly paled.
The sacred pool was an extremely precious resource of the West Sea Dragon Palace.
Allowing a human to soak in it was unprecedented and broke all protocol!
“Dragon King, even many elites of our West Sea Dragon Palace haven’t had the chance to soak in the sacred pool. How could you let a human lad enjoy such a precious resource?” the Grand Elder said.
“He saved my life and helped me rebuild my body. Without him, I wouldn’t have returned to the Dragon Clan. I’ve always repaid kindness, as you know, Grand Elder,” Little Green Dragon said.
He then addressed the elders. “Elders, our Dragon Clan rarely owes debts to other races, but when we do, we repay them. This, you all understand.”
At this, the elders fell silent, unable to argue.
