As Ye Chui and the others began tangling with Ouroboros Yuren, the krypton-gold dragon knight formed by Long Bao and Gilga had been continuously battling the blood serpent beast. The blood serpent beast had condensed into a massive giant serpent, its face hideous and appearance utterly terrifying. Yet before the krypton-gold dragon knight, it had no power to fight back at all. What could be called a battle was essentially just it being utterly suppressed.
After Ye Chui used [Doomsday Ice Chill] to freeze the stone giant that Yuren had transformed into, the krypton-gold dragon knight had also thoroughly beaten the giant serpent to the brink of death. The blood serpent outer layer condensed on its body surface completely dispersed, and after Gilga’s golden slash, its body was directly severed into two halves. One half was grabbed in Long Bao’s claw, and he landed beside Ye Chui and the others.

“I summoned Hal.” Denny answered. She was still wrapped in layers of vines. “Yuren’s petrifying demon eye did not target me, so I could still move freely and summon him. Yuren probably truly saw me as a hostage, after all, I am still bound by these vines.”
“So that is how it is!” Ye Chui exclaimed in admiration. The cost of using Ouroboros Yuren’s petrifying demon eye was enormous. He had deemed Denny no threat, so he had not cast it on her. This had inadvertently saved their lives.
