“Li Feng, soon I will make you wish you were dead.” Blood Shadow said with an icy gaze.
“Is that so?” Li Feng gave a strange smile and looked at Blood Shadow. “How about we make a bet?”
“A bet?” Blood Shadow paused, then laughed coldly. “What, are you planning some new trick?”
“What, are you, the great Blood Shadow, afraid to accept?” Li Feng said coldly.
“You probably want to bet that I let you go. Li Feng, you are dreaming.” Blood Shadow laughed coldly. Even with the trapping talisman, Li Feng could not escape today. There was no need for him to bet.
“No, no, no.” Li Feng shook his head. “The purpose of my bet is not to make you release me.”
“Oh? Then what do you want?” Blood Shadow asked coldly.
“Very simple. If you relax your mind and face me in a standoff for five minutes without losing, you win. Then I will be at your complete disposal.” Li Feng said.
“Li Feng, are you mad? A standoff for five minutes? Do you think your stare can kill?” Blood Shadow laughed coldly.
“That is none of your concern.”
“Humph, Li Feng, do you take me for an idiot? I have already set an inescapable net around Tianfu Tower. You cannot fly away even with wings. Why would I need to bet with you?” Blood Shadow gave a cold hum.
Li Feng smiled. His hand brushed over his spatial pouch, and a jade box appeared. He looked at Blood Shadow and said, “Blood Shadow, did you not want my heavenly treasure? This is it. This is a supreme spiritual herb.” As he spoke, Li Feng opened the jade box. Immediately, a rich wave of spiritual energy emanated from it.
Blood Shadow’s gaze fixed on the spiritual herb in the box.
“Blood Shadow, this is the herb I consumed. It allowed me to rise from an ordinary person to a ninth-level acquired realm ancient martial artist.”

“If I lose my life, do you think I would care about destroying this herb?” Li Feng said coldly.
Blood Shadow fell silent. He did not doubt Li Feng’s words. If Li Feng truly destroyed the herb before he broke free, he might end up with nothing this time.
“Moreover, you only have a few minutes left before you can escape the talisman. That is enough time for me to leave. I know you want to threaten me with my women and subordinates, but what if I disregard their lives? As long as I hide inside Tianfu Tower, no matter how many men you have, you will not find me. Blood Shadow’s expression shifted again.
“Besides, do you believe the only exits from Tianfu Tower are the front and back doors?” Li Feng continued.
“What do you mean?” Blood Shadow’s pupils contracted.
“Previously, with over a hundred of your men, you could not find me or my subordinates. I will tell you now. My subordinates have already left Tianfu Tower long ago.” Li Feng said.
“Impossible.” Blood Shadow’s face changed.
“Nothing is impossible. Tianfu Tower has an underground exit. Only the builder, my mother Mu Chunfeng, knows of it. After she gifted Tianfu Tower to me, I became the second person aware of it.”
Li Feng laughed coldly, glanced at Blood Shadow, and continued, “Blood Shadow, when you planned against me, you tried every method but could not obtain the architectural plans for Tianfu Tower, right? I will tell you now. The only plans exist with my mother Mu Chunfeng. Not even the authorities have them. Without the plans, you have no idea about the underground exit.”
Blood Shadow’s face turned ashen. He had indeed exhausted every means to get the plans earlier without success. Thinking of how he could never locate Li Feng’s subordinates inside the building, he now completely believed Li Feng’s words.
