Li Renchou spun, swinging his spear downward, as if shattering the void. A vast black beam, infused with dark attribute power, arced through the air towards Lin Xiao.
“Thunder Sword Technique!”
Lin Xiao shifted to the second form of the Thunder Sword Technique. Thunder attribute power surged wildly. He slashed, forming a giant thunder-forged sword, radiating dazzling light, striking the incoming black beam.
“Rumble!”
Thunder roared as the forces collided, unleashing torrents of energy and shockwaves that surged in all directions.
The strike was evenly matched.
“Swish!” Li Renchou’s battle intent soared, his aura climbing. A barrier formed around him, enveloping his body. A sharp spear intent radiated, as if piercing the surrounding void, his martial will condensed to its peak.
“Boom!”
Gripping his spear, Li Renchou spun and thrust forward with a heavy step. A more terrifying black dragon beam, like a dark pillar, howled with eerie force, attacking Lin Xiao.
“Spear intent!”
Lin Xiao was startled. Spear intent, like sword or blade intent, was a martial will treating oneself as the weapon, honed to extreme sharpness.

Li Renchou’s strength was extraordinary, far beyond other ninth-level Martial Venerables.
Lin Xiao activated the third thunder form, raising his sword skyward, his aura soaring.
Instantly, dark clouds roiled, waves surged, and black clouds gathered from all directions.
“Hidden thunder, I command!”
With a shout like a thunderclap, torrents of thunder poured from the clouds, converging into Lin Xiao’s broken sword and flooding his body.
“Kill!” Li Renchou thrust forward, darkness flashing across the sky. Dark attribute power formed a massive black spear, carrying devastating force, piercing through the air.
Unstoppable, it seemed capable of piercing all, its demonic might overwhelming.
“Thunder Judgment!”
With a thunderous shout, Lin Xiao swung his Yaoguang Broken Sword. A deafening thunderclap rang out as boundless thunder erupted, forming a surging river of lightning, flashing forward with hidden electric arcs.
The thunder river illuminated the darkened sky.
“Rumble!” The demonic and thunder forces collided, unleashing an earth-shaking roar, like nine heavens thundering. Light blazed like ten suns, illuminating all directions. A storm of energy exploded, shooting outward, as if annihilating the void. The ground trembled, and surrounding mountains collapsed.
Amid the cataclysmic shockwaves, both were forced back. The force accelerated Lin Xiao, sending him miles away in a blink.
Both were repelled by the terrifying shockwaves, unable to strike again immediately.
“Unexpected that someone three levels below me could block that strike!”
Li Renchou’s brows furrowed deeply, his eyes darkening like an abyss, a more terrifying power brewing within him.
