“This Heart City is not owned by your Underworld Palace. What business is it of yours why we are here?” Lin Yun replied indifferently, showing not the slightest respect to the Young Master.
After the arrogant and overbearing attitude the Young Master had displayed last time in the Myriad Treasures Pavilion, Lin Yun had found him utterly repulsive. He had no obligation to humour the man and certainly no intention of giving him face.
“Kid, how dare you speak to me like that? You must be tired of living!” The Young Master’s anger exploded at once. He looked ready to attack Lin Yun on the spot.
He had already been deeply irritated by Lin Yun last time; now his fury burned even hotter.
“I know you are at the Harmony Realm, but I am not afraid of you,” Lin Yun said, completely unfazed.
“Young Master Yuan, please calm yourself. This is not the place for fighting,” the pavilion master quickly stepped forward to mediate.
“Hmph, we will see about this!”
With that parting shot, the Young Master led his people into the inn.
“That was the Young Master of the Underworld Palace just now?” Dong Jian asked in surprise.
“Yes. He also wants this beastman expert’s corpse. Pay him no mind. Let us go,” Lin Yun replied.
With that, the four of them headed toward North Street.
After the Young Master’s group entered the inn.
“Young Master, something is wrong. One of the people standing beside that fellow just now seemed to be Master Hongyuan, a formation master of the Ancestral Heart Realm,” the white-haired elder beside the Young Master said.
“What?” The Young Master’s expression changed dramatically. The bad feeling in his heart grew stronger.

“Come on, we must hurry and find Muli!”
With that, the Young Master quickened his pace and rushed toward the rear courtyard.
They soon reached the door of Muli’s room.
After knocking, they entered.
“Muli, I have already found a formation master. It will just take a little time for him to travel from the human region to Heart City. All you need to do is wait a while,” the Young Master declared urgently the moment he stepped inside.
“Young Master of the Underworld Palace, you are too late. Someone has just completed the deal with me. You may leave,” Muli said, waving his hand dismissively.
Hearing this, the Young Master’s face turned ashen.
“That bastard actually beat me to it! Damn it!” He clenched his fists so hard his knuckles cracked. His face was livid, and murderous coldness surged in his eyes.
That beastman expert’s corpse was extremely important to him; he needed it to refine something vital!
Now that Lin Yun had snatched it from under his nose, how could he not be enraged?

At those words, the Young Master staggered, his expression turning even uglier.
“Young Master, let us return first and plan our next move,” the elder beside him suggested.
There was nothing more to be said here; the corpse was no longer in Muli’s hands.
The Young Master turned and stormed out.
Once outside the inn.
“That bastard actually dared to steal what is mine! I will kill him! I will kill him!” The Young Master’s eyes were blood-red, his face twisted with rage, terrifying killing intent radiating from his entire body.
The elder beside him said, “Young Master, this boy clearly has some ability. Not only did he get the pavilion master to help him, he actually managed to find a formation master. Even we could not find one in the entire Ancestral Heart Realm willing to do this, yet he succeeded.”
They had been absolutely certain Lin Yun would never manage to hire a formation master.
“No matter who he is, he must die! He must die!” the Young Master snarled, his fists clenched, killing intent boiling over.
“Young Master, allow me to investigate him first. I will arrange people to look into this boy at once!” the elder said.
“Find out everything about him! And send men to watch his every move. I want to know exactly when they leave Heart City for the beastman tribe!” the Young Master said viciously.
“Yes, sir,” the elder replied immediately.
