Mo Fan and his group were swept out of Blood Dragon Mountain by a wisp of demonic wind from the Fire Phoenix Saint King. Moments later, they appeared on an open space at the foot of the mountain.
As soon as Mo Fan steadied himself, he sensed several gazes directed at him from nearby.
He looked over at once and saw a group of people sitting cross-legged on coffins, along with a few handsome men and beautiful women wearing Sun and Moon daoist robes.
These were none other than the infamous demonic cultivators of the Divine Domain.
Corpse Yin Sect!

While Mo Fan sized them up, they were also sizing up his group. Their eyes brightened for a moment, but soon they all glanced at the red-robed female cultivator in the sky and quickly withdrew their gazes.
Mo Fan narrowed his eyes slightly. He knew very well these fellows were no good people. They had just been eyeing him.
More precisely, they had been eyeing the bronze mirror.
Clearly, however, they greatly feared the Fire Phoenix Saint King and dared not act openly. Once outside the Dragon Ruins, though, no one could say what might happen.
Divine ability, Sapphire Spirit Eyes!
Mo Fan immediately activated Sapphire Spirit Eyes and thoroughly examined the information of these two major demonic sects.
The Sun Moon Holy Sect had the fewest members, only four, still two men and two women, all Core Formation cultivators.
The youngest pair Mo Fan had met several times before and remembered well. They appeared to be direct disciples of the Sun Moon Holy Sect, at the early Core Formation stage.
He remained quite wary of the Sun Moon Holy Sect’s techniques, which were related to the Heavenly Sun and Heavenly Moon and possessed extraordinary power.
He had also learned from the memories of some Divine Domain cultivators that the Sun Moon Holy Sect possessed three supreme scriptures. One was the Sun Heaven Scripture, one was the Moon Heaven Scripture, and the third supreme scripture was unknown to the world. All people knew was that such a technique existed and seemed to surpass both the Sun Heaven and Moon Heaven scriptures.
On the other side, the Corpse Yin Sect had five cultivators, all likewise Core Formation stage.
Among them, a thin old man was at the late Core Formation stage. The remaining four consisted of two mid Core Formation and two early Core Formation cultivators.
One of the mid Core Formation cultivators stood out particularly. He was far taller than the others, had only one arm, and wore a gloomy expression.
Mo Fan had seen this cultivator before. He was a direct disciple of the Corpse Yin Sect named Corpse Daoist!
His severed arm had been cut off by Tian Xuan of Heavenly Star Holy Land during the struggle for true dragon blood on the Weak Water River.
Even so, Mo Fan did not underestimate him. The Corpse Yin Sect practised extremely sinister techniques, following the path of corpse nurturing.
As a direct disciple of the Corpse Yin Sect, Corpse Daoist knew some formidable forbidden secret arts.
The fact that he could fight both Yao Guang and Tian Xuan alone was proof enough of his strength.
“You must be the demon clan prodigies of the Hundred Thousand Mountains, yes?”
At that moment, Corpse Daoist suddenly grinned and took the initiative to greet Mo Fan’s group. He introduced himself. “I am Corpse Daoist. If you do not mind, we could travel together!”
Perhaps feeling his words were a little abrupt, Corpse Daoist hurriedly added, “You may not know this, but inside the Dragon Ruins we are all restricted to the same realm. Even those old monsters whose cultivation far surpasses ours cannot necessarily do anything to us.

Although Corpse Daoist wore a friendly expression, Mo Fan and the others remained highly vigilant.
After all, these people were not good characters. How many in the demonic path truly were?
They naturally had no intention of actually travelling with him just because of a few words. In Mo Fan’s view, travelling with these people would be the most dangerous choice of all.
“So it is Corpse Daoist. Your great name is long admired!”
As the saying goes, one does not strike a smiling face. Mo Fan did not reject him outright, but smiled instead. “Back on the Weak Water River, this king already witnessed your prowess, fellow daoist. Fighting two direct disciples of Heavenly Star Holy Land alone was truly remarkable!”
“If we could travel together, it would be our good fortune!”
Then Mo Fan changed his tone and spoke with an apologetic expression. “However, the Fire Phoenix Saint King has ordered us to wait here, so I am afraid it would be inconvenient to travel together. Please forgive us, fellow daoist!”
The Fire Phoenix Saint King?
All the demonic cultivators paled slightly at the name. Even Corpse Daoist’s pupils contracted. He glanced up at the fiery-red figure in the sky, then gave an embarrassed smile. “Since it is the Fire Phoenix Saint King’s command, naturally I will not force you.”
“I have long heard that the Hundred Thousand Mountains contain nine great demon clan sacred mountains, and in each sacred mountain there is a supreme prodigy revered by the demon clans as a Holy Son. Could fellow daoist be the Holy Son of Phoenix Cry Mountain?”
At that moment, two young people, a man and a woman, approached from nearby. The speaker was the young man, one of the direct disciples of the Sun Moon Holy Sect.
“You misunderstand. I am merely an unknown little demon of the Phoenix Cry Mountain demon domain. I am certainly no Holy Son.”
Mo Fan immediately shook his head with a wry smile, then studied the handsome man and beautiful woman before asking with a smile, “On the contrary, the two of you must be direct disciples of the Sun Moon Holy Sect, yes?”
“There is no secret about that. My name is Ri Ying, one of the direct disciples of the Sun Moon Holy Sect.”
The youth smiled, then pointed to the woman beside him. “This is my junior sister Yue Chan. Like me, she is also a direct disciple!”
“You two are indeed extraordinary. I am impressed!”
Mo Fan immediately saluted them.
“Is this how arrogant your demon clan is?”
At that moment, Yue Chan spoke coldly. Mo Fan narrowed his eyes slightly and asked, “What do you mean by that, fellow daoist?”
“We have already given our names, yet you still hide yours. Is that not arrogance?” Yue Chan sneered.
“Ah, I see. I am merely an unknown little demon. My status is nowhere near as illustrious as yours. Since you wish to know, I will tell you!”
“My name is Tu Shan Yunjun!” Mo Fan declared with complete seriousness.
Tu Shan Yunjun?
The three demons exchanged glances, a trace of puzzlement in their eyes, as if they had never heard the name before.
“It seems Brother Ri Ying truly mistook the demon. I have heard that the Holy Son of Phoenix Cry Mountain is called Feng Gu, so it cannot be this Fellow Daoist Yunjun.
Yet Fellow Daoist Yunjun is equally outstanding. Though not a Holy Son, he can fight on par with one!”
Corpse Daoist smiled, his eyes flickering as he continued, “Since Fellow Daoist Yunjun enjoys the protection of a demon clan Saint King, the immortal treasure on him must be safe. In that case, we shall take our leave first!”
Immortal treasure?
At Corpse Daoist’s words, Ri Ying and Yue Chan’s eyes instantly sharpened. They unconsciously glanced at Mo Fan, then took their leave one after another.
