Li Feng’s voice snapped Li Quan out of his thoughts. With a troubled expression, Li Quan said, “Young Master Feng, if you don’t want to go to work, you can just not go. Sister-in-law can’t force you. But the real issue is getting past Uncle and Aunt. I haven’t thought of a good solution for that yet. But don’t worry, Young Master Feng, give me three days. I’ll definitely figure something out.”
“Thanks for the trouble,” Li Feng said, fully aware that Li Quan was up to no good. Still, using him to deal with some annoyances wasn’t a bad idea.
“No trouble at all, Young Master Feng. It’s my duty,” Li Quan said with a suppressed grin, his expression belying the scheming thoughts swirling in his mind.
“I trust you, Li Quan. If you pull this off, there’ll be rewards for you.”
Watching Li Quan leave with a satisfied look, Li Feng gave a cold smile before turning to enter the villa. His priority now was recovering his strength. He wasn’t worried about Li Quan’s schemes and conspiracies. Compared to the missions he’d handled in his past life, their plots were child’s play. Using an inflatable doll to blow off steam seems reasonable.*
The servant was quick. Not long after Li Feng returned to his room, the delivery was brought in.
