Two days later, Li Feng once again arrived at Fengyuan Group. The moment he stepped in, Xu Qing pulled him straight into the office.
“Mr Li, why have you not come to the company these past two days? Even your phone was unreachable. Something major has happened.” As soon as she had dragged Li Feng inside, Xu Qing spoke urgently.
“I know. It is just that one-third of the staff have resigned. Xu Qing, there is no need to worry.” Li Feng smiled. Seeing how concerned she was for the company filled him with satisfaction. This was exactly the kind of woman he needed, not the sort who would flee at the first sign of trouble.
“Mr Li, how can I not worry about something this serious?” Xu Qing felt deeply wronged. She had been fretting over the company, yet Li Feng still wore that playful grin. Did Fengyuan Group truly mean nothing to him?
If the company was unimportant, why did he appear so confidently assured?
“Xu Qing, I am delighted that you care so much about the company. Rest assured, it will not collapse.” Li Feng smiled at her and added, “Moreover, even if it did, I would still take care of you.”
“Li Feng, at a time like this, how can you say such things?” Xu Qing said helplessly. In that moment, she truly wanted to pry open his skull to see what was going on inside.
“Relax. Everything is under my control. You do not need to worry. You must be exhausted these past two days. Come, let me give you a massage to ease your fatigue.” Li Feng smiled, moved closer, and gently embraced her.
“Li Feng, what are you doing?” Xu Qing said, a mix of nervousness, anticipation, and concern in her voice. “Li Feng, not here. It would be dreadful if someone saw.”
“Do not worry. No one will enter this office.” Li Feng held her close, inhaling her faint fragrance, his expression stirring.
A man without a woman could never understand their allure. A man who had known one suffered immensely in her absence. Li Feng was in his prime, with strong desires. Since arriving in this world, his lifestyle had changed dramatically from his previous life, and Xu Qing was the only woman he had been intimate with.
Thus, he particularly cherished the memory of their first time. Holding her now, his thoughts drifted uncontrollably.

Before Xu Qing could finish, Li Feng kissed her passionately.

Instantly, her smooth, delicate, snow-white shoulders were exposed. Under the light streaming through the window, they looked extraordinarily enticing. Her skin was soft and firm, with scarcely a visible pore, like a rare piece of flawless white jade that made one want to pounce and take a bite.
Li Feng drew a deep breath, his gaze burning. He scooped Xu Qing up and placed her on the desk.
“Li Feng, no, not here…” Only then did Xu Qing realise what he intended. This was the office, and it was Hu Yuanyuan’s office at that.
Did Li Feng have some peculiar fetish, finding extra excitement in doing such things on Hu Yuanyuan’s desk? Truth be told, even Xu Qing felt a thrill. As merely the third party, doing this in the official girlfriend’s office added a different flavour.
Yet she was still Xu Qing. Her mind was filled with worry for Fengyuan Group. She felt this was absolutely not the time for such activities, so she hurriedly tried to stop him.
But Li Feng was not someone easily deterred when he wanted something. If Xu Qing were not yet his woman, he might have paused. Since she was, he had no intention of stopping, especially now that Hu Yuanyuan knew about their relationship. He felt utterly unrestrained.
Half an hour later, Li Feng sat contentedly on the sofa, while Xu Qing lay limply in his arms.
“Li Feng, you have ruined me. Now the whole company will probably know.” Xu Qing twisted his arm playfully, her tone somewhat resigned.
“If they know, they know. What is there to fear?” Li Feng said indifferently.
“Then Manager Hu will find out.” Xu Qing said uneasily. For other matters, Hu Yuanyuan might not care, but for this, who knew how she would react.
“Yuanyuan already knows,” Li Feng said.
“What?” Xu Qing sat up in shock. “Li Feng, you are saying Manager Hu already knows?”
Her voice was filled with astonishment and fear.
“Yes, she has known for some time. It is no big deal.” Li Feng said nonchalantly.
“When… when did she find out?” Xu Qing asked anxiously.
“That very night. Xu Qing, are you worried?” Li Feng smiled at her tension. He had never seen her so nervous before, though it made her look rather endearing.
“How could I not be?” At that moment, Xu Qing felt her heart pounding wildly. She had not expected Hu Yuanyuan to learn of their relationship that same night. No wonder Hu Yuanyuan’s gaze towards her had been different lately.
“What is there to be nervous about?” Li Feng pulled her back into his embrace, one hand wandering over her body as he spoke. “If Yuanyuan knows, she knows. You are both my women anyway. You were bound to learn of each other’s existence eventually.”
“What do you mean?” Xu Qing caught his mischievous hand and looked at him in confusion.
“I never intended to hide anything. I was the one who told Yuanyuan about you.” Li Feng said.
“Li Feng, are… are you saying you do not want me anymore?” Xu Qing’s face paled. In her view, their relationship was never meant to be public. Once exposed, it would mean Li Feng was discarding her.
She had fallen for Li Feng without knowing when. Even aware of Hu Yuanyuan, she did not mind. She was willing to be the secret lover. She knew their relationship might not last, but she did not care. A year or two together would suffice, and a child born of their love would be even better. Even if he left her then, she would be content.
She had never imagined that day would come so soon, right after he had claimed her.
“What nonsense. When did I say I do not want you?” Li Feng was taken aback, then understood and gave a wry smile.
“You told Manager Hu about us. If that is not discarding me, what is?” Xu Qing asked.
“Silly girl. I have never intended to hide my women.” Li Feng said.
“What do you mean? You cannot possibly want to make it public. Our relationship is not something to be seen in the light.” Xu Qing said.
“There is nothing shameful about it. I intend to make it public. Both you and Hu Yuanyuan are my women. From now on, you should live together with me.” Li Feng declared.
“Li Feng, have you gone mad? This is not ancient times. We have monogamy now.” Xu Qing said.
“Monogamy applies only to ordinary people. Which person in high society does not have several lovers?” Li Feng said with disdain. In his view, it was a case of officials being allowed to set fires while commoners were forbidden even to light lamps. Monogamy held no binding power over the elite, especially since he was a martial artist.
Xu Qing fell silent. How could she not know this truth? Otherwise, she would not have considered becoming his hidden lover. She simply had not expected Li Feng to want to go public.
“For ordinary people, yes. But I am a martial artist. What is there to fear?” Li Feng continued.
“Martial artist?” Xu Qing blinked in surprise and asked, “Li Feng, what is a martial artist?”
“Like this.” Li Feng struck out with a palm towards the coffee table in front of them. A massive palm force materialised in the air and slammed down.

With a soft thud, the entire table shattered into dust.
“This… this…” Xu Qing’s face drained of colour, as if she had seen a ghost. Had she not witnessed it herself, she would never have believed Li Feng could reduce a table to powder with a single palm strike from afar.
“This is a martial artist. Martial artists cultivate martial arts…” Li Feng briefly explained the concept, then said, “Xu Qing, you are my woman, and in future you too will become a martial artist. That is why I am telling you this. In the world of martial artists, monogamy does not exist. You need never worry that I will abandon you. The day you became my woman, you became mine for life.”
This was clearly the first time Xu Qing had heard such things. Shock filled her heart. Had she not just seen his display, she would never have believed him. But now she had no choice. She had always felt Li Feng was extraordinary, yet she had never imagined he was a martial artist.
Did this mean she no longer needed to remain his secret lover?
At that thought, excitement surged within her. If possible, she too wished not to stay hidden. She had assumed their relationship could never be public, but now perhaps, as Li Feng said, it truly could be.
Even if going public meant society might not accept it, Li Feng’s words suggested he had other ways.
Suddenly, a question occurred to her. She asked, “Then is Manager Hu also a martial artist?”
