Martial Champion Chapter 4278

This group of over three hundred people, standing in the starry void and gazing at the distant, terrifying cloud, all wore uniform dark grey robes adorned with special black patterns.

Upon close inspection, those black patterns resembled lightning.

But since the black was so close to the dark grey, the patterns were barely noticeable unless examined carefully.

Notably, these people stood neatly in the void, each exuding an aura that was profoundly unfathomable.

Every one of them wore a hood connected to their robe, covering their hair and half their face.

In truth, the other half of their face was also obscured.

They all wore black masks, eerie masks that covered not only their faces but also their eyes.

Yet, their vision was somehow unobstructed.

Swish—

Not long after, a figure came flying from the direction of the terrifying cloud.

This person wore the same attire, clearly part of the same group.

Upon arriving, he knelt before the group.

Though each member of this group was immensely powerful, there was a hierarchy of strength.

The two most powerful stood at the forefront, likely the leaders.

At a glance, their attire seemed no different from the others.

But in truth, the black patterns on their robes were denser.

Notably, unlike the others, some hair was visible beneath their hoods.

One had white hair, the other red.

“Sirs, it has been confirmed. The ones absorbing that power are two young men.”

“One of them is Xianhai Shaoyu, the son of the Xianhai Fish Clan’s leader,” the kneeling figure reported.

“Truly Xianhai Shaoyu?” The group stirred with excitement at the mention of his name.

Instinctively, all eyes turned to the white-haired leader among the two at the front.

Even the red-haired leader glanced at the white-haired one.

But compared to the others, the white-haired leader remained remarkably calm.

“Who is the other junior?” the white-haired leader asked.

“I don’t know, sir, but he is likely not a young master of the Xianhai Fish Clan,” the kneeling figure replied.

“Can you confirm he’s not from the Xianhai Fish Clan?” the white-haired leader asked.

“At least, I have never seen him among the Xianhai Fish Clan,” the kneeling figure said.

“Continue monitoring,” the white-haired leader ordered.

“Yes, sir.” The kneeling figure stood and flew back toward the terrifying cloud, vanishing into the vast starry sky.

“Is it really the power you spoke of?” the red-haired leader asked the white-haired one.

“No mistake. Though it’s my first time seeing it, it’s definitely that power.”

“The Xianhai Fish Clan has been searching for this treasure’s whereabouts, and now they’ve finally found it,” the white-haired leader said.

“The Xianhai Fish Clan is always arrogant and rarely cooperates with outsiders.”

“If the other junior isn’t from their clan, who could he be?” the red-haired leader asked, brimming with curiosity.

“No need to worry about that. They’re both within our grasp,” the white-haired leader replied.

“Xianhai Shaoyu is the future heir of the Xianhai Fish Clan’s leadership.”

“Since he’s here, there must be protectors in the shadows. Should we really make a move?”

“Perhaps we should ask the clan leader for assistance,” the red-haired leader suggested.

“There are no protectors in the shadows,” the white-haired leader stated.

“Are you absolutely certain?” the red-haired leader asked. “If there are hidden protectors, we’re in trouble.”

“Is there anyone who knows the Xianhai Fish Clan better than I do?” the white-haired leader responded, turning to the red-haired leader.

Though his mask concealed his eyes, the red-haired leader could feel the intensity of his gaze.

And that gaze was filled with confidence.

“When it comes to the Xianhai Fish Clan, few know more than you,” the red-haired leader conceded.

“Then we do as I say,” the white-haired leader declared.

Chu Feng and Xianhai Shaoyu were jointly challenging the terrifying power.

It was no easy task, and a single misstep could prove fatal.

But after their combined efforts, the terrifying power that had covered a portion of the starry sky was finally fully absorbed into their bodies.

At this moment, Xianhai Shaoyu’s face was deathly pale, his breathing laboured, his entire being weakened to the extreme, looking like a man on the verge of death.

Yet his face was filled with excitement.

“We did it! I, Xianhai Shaoyu, succeeded!” he exclaimed.

When he turned to Chu Feng beside him, his eyes held both concern and pity.

But there was also a trace of selfish joy.

No matter how weak Xianhai Shaoyu was, he remained conscious.

But Chu Feng had now fallen into a coma…
