The black-robed man glanced at her. “Trapped? Laughable!”
Tian Yan frowned. At that moment, Mu Niannian added, “He wasn’t trapped—he stayed down there on purpose!”
Tian Yan looked puzzled. “Why would he do that?”
Mu Niannian turned to the man with a smile. “If he wasn’t sealed, there’s only one explanation: he was down there sleeping, waiting for something!”
