Miracle Doctor Chapter 1332

After Ye Qiu dealt with Max, he immediately summoned four Qiankun Cauldrons.

Boom!

The Qiankun Cauldrons suddenly enlarged, like four massive mountains crashing down, relentlessly smashing the castle.

Instantly, screams filled the air, vast sections of the building crumbled, and the scene was shrouded in swirling dust.

In less than three minutes, the world’s top family was reduced to complete ruins.

Not a single survivor!

After wiping out the Rodell family, Ye Qiu did not leave.

This family, the world’s most powerful, had business dealings with ninety percent of the world’s countries. As their headquarters, this place surely hid treasures.

“It’s all that bastard Max’s fault. Dead and still splattering blood on my foot. If not for him, I wouldn’t have destroyed this castle so quickly.”

“Who knows how many treasures were ruined by the Qiankun Cauldrons? What a pity.”

Ye Qiu felt a pang of regret.

Then, he activated his Heavenly Eye and scanned the surroundings.

“Huh?”

Ye Qiu let out a surprised sound, diving down and landing in front of a pile of rubble.

This spot was at the very centre of the castle.

“Thud!”

Ye Qiu struck out with a palm, the powerful force blasting away the debris, revealing a concrete floor.

He stepped forward and lightly tapped the ground with his foot.

In an instant, the floor cracked and shattered, exposing a layer of polished steel beneath.

Using his Heavenly Eye, Ye Qiu saw that the steel floor was a foot thick, and below it lay a passageway.

“A secret room?”

“An underground palace?”

“A treasure vault?”

Ye Qiu’s mind raced with possibilities. Without hesitation, he smashed down with a fist.

“Boom!”

The foot-thick steel floor was blasted open, and Ye Qiu descended along the passage.

He walked for nearly a hundred metres.

Finally, the passage came to an end.

Before him stood a heavy, ancient circular iron door, resembling the entrance to a bank vault.

It was surrounded by countless cameras, with various electronic devices on the walls, likely high-tech security equipment.

Without a second thought, Ye Qiu punched the iron door.

“Boom!”

The door dented deeply but did not break.

Ye Qiu was slightly surprised. That punch could have obliterated a Foundation Establishment cultivator, yet it failed to open a door.

“Let’s see how many punches you can take.”

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Ye Qiu unleashed three consecutive punches, each stronger than the last.

On the third punch, with a “thud,” the iron door was blasted open.

The next moment, a blinding golden light nearly dazzled Ye Qiu’s eyes.

As far as he could see, there were countless gold bricks.

A massive treasury!

The gold bricks were piled into neat, uniform stacks, like small hills, meticulously arranged.

Densely packed.

Ye Qiu was stunned. He had never seen so much gold, not even in movies.

He walked forward, observing carefully.

He noticed that beside each stack of gold bricks stood a bronze plaque, inscribed with text in several languages, including Chinese.

“One hundred tonnes!”

Reading the Chinese on the plaque, Ye Qiu understood that each stack was one hundred tonnes.

In other words, every pile of gold bricks here weighed one hundred tonnes.

Ye Qiu quickly counted and was utterly shocked by the total.

“My God, there are twenty thousand tonnes of gold here!”

Ye Qiu gasped.

To put it in perspective, fewer than a hundred countries worldwide had gold reserves, and only thirty-four had reserves reaching one hundred tonnes.

The country with the most gold, the world’s leading superpower, held just over eight thousand tonnes.

Yet here, there were twenty thousand tonnes of gold, several times more than the reserves of the top superpower.

“No wonder so many countries’ guardians protected the Rodell family. Damn, this family was filthy rich.”

“With this much gold, you could buy several small countries.”

“Max, oh Max, I should thank you. Your family’s centuries of accumulated wealth now belongs to me.”

“I’ve struck it rich… no, the country has struck it rich.”

“I wonder if the Qiankun Bag can hold all this gold?”

Ye Qiu quickly took out the Qiankun Bag and shouted, “Collect!”

Instantly, all the gold bricks were sucked into the Qiankun Bag. Ye Qiu checked and found the bag’s space was vast, not even filled by so much gold.

Most crucially, despite holding so many gold bricks, the Qiankun Bag’s weight remained unchanged, light as ever in his hand.

“Thanks to my master for giving me this treasure. Otherwise, I wouldn’t know how to transport all these gold bricks.”

Ye Qiu looked up. With the gold bricks gone, the treasury was empty, except for another iron door at the far end.

“Could there be more treasures inside?”

Ye Qiu strode over, blasted the iron door open with two punches, and found rows of glass cabinets inside.

Each cabinet contained an artefact.

Gold, silver, jade, antiques, ancient paintings…

Countless items.

At least several thousand.

Priceless!

Ye Qiu noticed that half of these artefacts were Western, while the other half came from China.

“Back when our country was oppressed by foreign powers and ravaged by war, countless precious artefacts were stolen or sold off. Many of these must have been lost overseas during that time.”

“To bring these artefacts back, countless people sacrificed their lives, yet many still remain missing.”

“Now that I’ve found them, I’ll take them all back and donate them to the country.”

“These are the cultural treasures of the East. How can foreigners possess them?”

With that, Ye Qiu took out the Qiankun Bag and collected all the artefacts.

Suddenly, he thought of Master Longbrow.

“Good thing that old guy didn’t come with me. If he saw all these treasures, he’d probably faint from excitement.”

Ye Qiu scanned the surroundings and soon spotted another door.

This door was hidden behind a glass cabinet, easily overlooked if not examined closely.

Cast in bronze, it was about two metres tall and one metre wide.

“This door is so well-hidden. There must be something valuable inside.”

Ye Qiu prepared to smash the bronze door open but noticed a cross-shaped slot in its lower left corner.

He studied it for a moment, then took out the golden cross he had taken from Max’s neck and carefully inserted it.

It fit perfectly.

Ye Qiu grasped the cross and gently turned it.

“Click, click, click…”

The bronze door slowly opened…
