“Die and be handsome then!” Sha Shi roared when he saw Ye Chu still had the mood to shout back. He swung his iron hammers fiercely, unleashing terrifying evil qi that surged straight towards Ye Chu.
Such dense evil qi made the faces of the Yao City crowd change dramatically. With evil qi assaulting him like this, Ye Chu could not possibly fight the opponent.
Just as everyone sighed, thinking Ye Chu would retreat to avoid the evil qi, Ye Chu instead charged forward, plunging into the evil qi and kicking hard at Sha Shi’s chest.
“Reckless!” Su Zhengping could not help shouting. Charging into evil qi and letting it enter the body would truly cripple Ye Chu. Evil qi was poison to cultivators!
Ye Tian and the others grew tense. If evil qi enveloped his body, even if Ye Chu were Innate Realm, he would face serious problems.
“Seeking death!” Sha Shi was delighted to see Ye Chu dare charge into the evil qi. He swept his hammers over, intending to smash Ye Chu to death.
As the strike was about to land, Ye Chu laughed loudly. “Petty tricks. You think these can harm me!”
As he spoke, his speed increased again. He ignored the evil qi touching his body, completely unaffected by it. At an exaggerated angle, he bypassed the hammers and kicked Sha Shi squarely in the chest. Sha Shi had never imagined someone unafraid of evil qi. The hammers flew from his hands.
Ye Chu did not even glance at Sha Shi. His eyes fixed on the flying hammers. He leapt into the air, spun, and kicked one hard. The hammer shot towards Sha Feng.
Sha Feng had not expected this turn. He could only block with his long spear. But how could he stop the hammer’s force? The spear flew away, and he staggered back several steps.
By then, Ye Chu was already behind him. A kick landed squarely on Sha Feng’s back. The clear sound of cracking bones rang out.
Having downed both, Ye Chu casually kicked Sha Feng flying to land beside Sha Shi. The two collided, faces bruised and swollen.
The sudden reversal left everyone stunned. They stared blankly at Ye Chu, smiling as he stepped on the two, minds unable to process it.
“He won?” Zhang Su’er murmured. Confirming it was real, she jumped excitedly. “Yao won! We really won!”
Her excited cry sparked similar shouts from the Yao crowd.
Only Pang Shao muttered, “That is his most handsome moment? Fooling ghosts! Just a spinning kick. I can do that too!”
The Sha leader stood abruptly, expression grim. In his view, this was impossible. The opponent was unafraid of evil qi and downed two at once. Could Ye Chu be from the Evil Zero circle? Able to use evil qi? But clearly impossible!
“This is Ye Chu’s strength? He must be ninth-level Meaning Transformation!” Ye Tian murmured, staring at Ye Chu. Thinking of how the evil qi vanished when Ye Chu held his hand earlier, he asked Pang Shao, “Is Ye Chu from the Evil Spirit circle?”
“No!” Pang Shao denied directly. “How could he? That circle is extremely hard to enter. Even if Ye Chu is monstrous, he could not get in.”
“Then why was he unaffected by such evil qi?” Ye Tian asked.
Pang Shao shrugged. “How should I know? Ask him yourself if you want to know!”
With that, Pang Shao ignored Ye Tian and jumped onto the arena. He wanted to mock Ye Chu for not being that handsome just now.
“Your most handsome is just a spinning kick?” Pang Shao laughed mockingly. “Only now do I realise your taste is so low!”
Ye Chu looked at Pang Shao disdainfully, inwardly wondering if he should admit knowing Pang Shao in front of others. He feared people would question his intelligence by association.
He slapped Sha Shi and Sha Feng twice each, turning their faces pig-like, then lifted them. Standing between them, he said to Pang Shao, “Do you see now?”
Seeing Pang Shao still confused, Ye Chu realised the issue and slapped his forehead. “Ah! I forgot! For someone like me, every minute, every second is handsome to the extreme. For me, every moment is the most handsome!”
“Pfft…”
Pang Shao nearly spat in Ye Chu’s face. He finally understood. Ye Chu had said and done all this just to tell him that!
“Shameless!” Pang Shao raised his middle finger at Ye Chu, a gesture learned from him.
Ye Chu sighed. “It is my fault for being handsome to the extreme. That kind of moment works for ordinary men like you, but not for me! But I will teach ugly fellows like you how to show your charm!”
“A hint. Imagine if you appeared in people’s sight with two extremely ugly people, or ones beaten worse than pigs. Among them, would you not instantly seem stunning?” Ye Chu patted Pang Shao’s shoulder. “Silly child! Understand now? Do not say I am bad to you!”
Pang Shao was stunned, then exploded with rage. He thought back to when Ye Chu met imperial beauties and always brought the fattest or shortest of them, never the tall and handsome. They had thought Ye Chu was looking out for them, but now he understood why! And why those beauties always chatted with Ye Chu first.
“Shameless!” Pang Shao gritted his teeth, nearly breathing fire.
“Too kind, too kind!” Ye Chu laughed loudly. “Now I have taught you. Do not say I am bad to you!”
Pang Shao snorted coldly, but then grew excited. Ye Chu’s trick was good. Thinking this, Pang Shao slapped Sha Shi and Sha Feng twice more, standing between them, feeling superior.
“Take your scrap iron back!” Ye Chu kicked the hammers, sending them flying towards the Sha camp.
The Sha cultivators’ faces changed. The hammers carried evil qi. Unlike Ye Chu, they feared it. They quickly dodged. The hammers crashed where they had stood, with a heavy thud.
“You dare not even take your scrap iron back. It seems not Yao lacks men, but Sha lacks men!” Ye Chu laughed.
“Bullying too far!” The Sha leader roared, leaping into the air and striking a palm at Ye Chu.
This palm stirred the surrounding spiritual qi. Ye Chu’s expression changed. “Innate Realm!”
Ye Chu dared not underestimate it. He drove his power to the limit, sidestepped, and met it with a palm.
Boom…
The clash forced Ye Chu back several steps. His feet stamped deep prints as he staggered before steadying, face paling slightly.
But the Sha leader was shocked inwardly that Ye Chu blocked his palm. He had struck in fury, thinking to heavily injure the opponent, yet Ye Chu withstood it.
The Sha leader’s action thoroughly enraged Yao. Su Zhengping stepped forward first and shouted, “This is a younger generation duel. Does Sha know no shame, sending your national guardian too?”
