The endless stream of freight trains did not stop until the sky grew dark.
Ye Chen and Li Yalin observed their running pattern, generally after the internal combustion locomotive hauled the whole train of wagons into the dock’s freight yard, it would complete the unhooking at the freight yard, and then turn around via another line, and then haul away another train of wagons.
The loaded wagons that remain in the yard are then hauled by the dispatch locomotive to a building constructed on multiple tracks for unloading, after which the goods are inspected by customs and then transported by freight cars within the harbour to the bulk loading terminal for loading.
To the south-east of the yard, there is also a large railway marshalling station, where goods imported into the port of Casablanca for rail transport are marshalled and then hauled by locomotives to their destination, after clearing customs.
This also means that the freight train itself, and the port is isolated from the internal, sent here to the goods have not yet gone through the customs clearance process, while waiting for transshipment of goods here has gone through the customs clearance procedures, so the management of freight train yard is relatively lax.
After nightfall, Ye Chen and Li Yalin first had dinner at the hotel, in the restaurant, Ye Chen saw a young waiter from China, so he asked him, “Young man do you know what language the locals use more?”
The waiter spoke, “Sir, ordinary people here speak more Arabic, and public officials in government departments and school staff basically speak French.”
Ye Chen nodded, Morocco had been colonised by France for a long time, French was very popular in the government and education system thought that was the reason.
However, Ye Chen didn’t know much about French, his parents had taught him some when he was a child, but the learning time was short and spaced out, so Ye Chen’s understanding of French was limited to some basic phrases.
So, he thanked the waiter and asked Li Yalin after the waiter left, “Does Inspector Li speak French?”
Li Yalin nodded and said, “Because I have been dealing with people from countries around the United States as well as European countries for many years, I have learnt both French and Spanish, and I am quite proficient.”
Ye Chen sighed in relief, “That’s good, or else we’d still have to find a translator now.”
Li Yalin busily said, “Mr Ye, I don’t know anything about Arabic.”
Ye Chen said, “It’s fine, the people we’re going to be in contact with tonight are the staff at the port, the port is especially important to Casablanca, the management positions there should all have been educated by the local elite since childhood, and French is definitely the first language.”
Li Yalin nodded and said, “If they speak French it’s definitely not a problem.”
After eating, the two of them took a taxi to the management office of the Port Railway, where the entire transport scheduling of the Port Railway was handled.
Li Yalin looked at the gate of the management office and asked Ye Chen with some doubts, “Mr Ye, are we just going to go straight in?”
Ye Chen nodded, he had just used his aura to check the entire inside of the management office, at this time of the day, outside the management office, apart from a security officer in charge of security, there were a total of nine people working internally, six of them were in the biggest room on the first floor, which was thought to be their dispatching room, the remaining three were in separate offices.

The two of you came to the door of the management office, the security personnel outside the door saw that it was two Asians, so they shouted to the two of you in broken English, “Leave! Leave!”
Ye Chen saw that the security guards directly drove the two away, so he smiled and said in English, “Brother, don’t you remember me?”
