“I do not know.”

Chen Ping pondered for a moment. It seemed that this Yun Miao Immortal Venerable must have some unspeakable secret.
“How do you refine spirit stones into immortal stones?” Chen Ping continued to ask.
“This is a secret method passed down by Yun Miao Immortal Venerable. It requires specific arrays and equipment to achieve.” Mo Xuanzi said.
“Take me to see it.” Chen Ping said.
Mo Xuanzi hesitated for a moment but eventually nodded. “Alright, I will take you there.”
With that, Mo Xuanzi led Chen Ping towards the massive buildings at the end of the canyon.
When Chen Ping saw those enormous pill furnaces, a flicker of surprise passed through his eyes.
“These are the devices you use to refine spirit stones into immortal stones?” Chen Ping asked.
“Yes.”
Mo Xuanzi nodded. “These pill furnaces were personally refined by Yun Miao Immortal Venerable and are called ‘Spirit Transformation Pill Furnaces’. They are specifically designed to convert spirit stones into immortal stones.”
Chen Ping walked up to one of the pill furnaces and examined it closely.
He found that the furnace was indeed extraordinary, covered in intricate runes and emanating a faint immortal aura.
“It seems this Yun Miao Immortal Venerable does have some real skill.” Chen Ping thought to himself.
At that moment, Mo Xuanzi suddenly struck, a beam of black demonic light shooting towards Chen Ping’s back!
“Watch out!” Li Qingshan shouted in warning.
However, facing Mo Xuanzi’s sneak attack, Chen Ping remained utterly still.
As the black demonic light was about to hit Chen Ping, it was suddenly blocked by an invisible barrier.
“What?” Mo Xuanzi’s face changed drastically. He had not expected his ambush to be thwarted!
“Did you really think your little trick could harm me?” Chen Ping sneered. “You are far too naive.”
With that, Chen Ping turned around, a glint of icy killing intent flashing in his eyes.
“Since you refuse to cooperate, I will have to use harsher methods.”
Chen Ping waved his hand casually, and a surge of powerful force rushed towards Mo Xuanzi.
Mo Xuanzi’s face paled in shock. He hurriedly unleashed his demonic arts to resist.
Yet his efforts seemed utterly feeble before Chen Ping.
With a loud “bang”, Mo Xuanzi was struck by the overwhelming force. He flew backwards like a snapped kite, crashing heavily to the ground and spitting out blood.
Chen Ping had spared his life because there were still questions he needed answered.
“Elder!” the enforcement team disciples cried out in alarm.
“You can all come at me together.” Chen Ping said coldly. “It will save me the trouble of dealing with you one by one.”
The enforcement team disciples exchanged glances, then charged at Chen Ping en masse.
However, their strength was simply too feeble against Chen Ping.
With a mere casual wave of his hand, the rushing disciples all dissolved into wisps of thick smoke and vanished.
It was as if these elite enforcement disciples had never existed.
Seeing this, Mo Xuanzi was utterly stunned, his face ashen. He knew he had encountered an unprecedentedly formidable foe.
“Now, can you tell me more about Yun Miao Immortal Venerable?” Chen Ping looked at Mo Xuanzi and said coldly.
“I… I have told you everything I know.”
Mo Xuanzi said, trembling. “Yun Miao Immortal Venerable’s power is unfathomable. We dare not pry into his affairs.”
“If you truly know nothing, then there is no reason for you to live.”
With that, Chen Ping turned and walked away.
His body emitted a crushing pressure. Under that pressure, Mo Xuanzi bled from all seven orifices and died on the spot.
