Seeing the determination in Chen Ping’s eyes, Liu Xue knew he was not joking.
She hesitated for a moment, then finally nodded.
“Young Master Chen, you must be careful!” Liu Xue said.
With that, she turned to leave.
“Think you can escape? Not so easy!”
King Wu sneered coldly. “Today, both of you will die!”
He formed seals again, a powerful golden beam shooting from his hands towards Liu Xue.
Seeing this, Chen Ping instantly moved to help. Gripping his longsword, he unleashed a mighty sword qi that intercepted King Wu’s attack.

The two colossal forces clashed, producing a tremendous explosion.
Chen Ping was forced back repeatedly, blood spraying from his mouth.
“Young Master Chen!” Liu Xue cried out, wanting to rush back.
“Go, now!” Chen Ping roared. “Don’t worry about me!”

Then she turned and fled the Valley of Death.
King Wu watched her retreating figure but did not pursue. He knew Chen Ping was his primary target.
“Brat, now no one can save you,” King Wu said with a cold laugh. “Today is the day you die!”
He formed seals once more, a powerful golden beam shooting from his hands straight towards Chen Ping.
Chen Ping’s expression changed drastically.
