The leader of the black-clad men shoved Lin Qingxue aside, her arms still cradling Lele.
Lin Qingxue let out a cry as her body lost balance, teetering on the verge of crashing to the ground.
The security guard who pushed her didn’t care in the slightest, his face cold, almost as if he was waiting to see the joke unfold.
Luckily, Xu Fei had arrived at the airport early and witnessed the scene.
In a flash, he burst forward with astonishing speed, reaching the spot just in time to catch the falling Lin Qingxue and Lele in his arms.
“Darling, Lele, are you both alright?”
Lin Qingxue, who had squeezed her eyes shut in fright, opened them at the sound of his voice. Seeing it was her husband who saved her, she nodded quickly, her voice trembling with tears.
“I… I’m fine, but those men were far too unreasonable!”
Hearing the quaver in Lin Qingxue’s voice, Xu Fei knew she was unharmed thanks to his timely rescue, but she’d clearly been badly shaken.
He gently set Lin Qingxue down, then turned and stood in front of the group of black-clad men.
“What’s this? Never been beaten before, eh? Get out of my way! Don’t you know a good dog doesn’t block the path?”
They had all seen Xu Fei’s rescue, so they roughly guessed he was the woman’s husband.
But despite being in the wrong, the man, backed by his numerous comrades, wasn’t afraid at all. In fact, he was even more aggressive than Xu Fei.
“Enough nonsense. If you don’t kneel and apologise today, this isn’t over!”
Though Xu Fei stood alone, his posture was unyieldingly upright, showing no intention of stepping aside.
Onlookers, intrigued by the situation, stopped to watch, curious to see how this commotion would end.
“Hey! Brothers, look at this! We’ve actually met someone fearless today!”
“Quit joking around. If we don’t deal with this guy quick, whether it’s Sister Hua or Brother Hua, we’ll all be in trouble!”
While most of the black-clad group scoffed, thinking Xu Fei was courting death by challenging them, a few clear-headed ones spoke up. The guard who’d been blocked snapped to attention and said.

“Less talk. If you’re a man, let your fists do the talking. Don’t say I’m bullying you, let’s go one-on-one!”
Xu Fei watched the man roll up his sleeves, muttering to himself.
“You want a one-on-one with me?”
“What’s that? Scared? If you’re a coward, get out of my way!”
No sooner had the guard spoken than Xu Fei replied.
“I reckon after today, you’ll regret ever choosing to face me one-on-one!”
Before the man could react, Xu Fei struck decisively, landing a single punch that sent him flying!
The black-clad guard crashed into the bulletproof glass behind him, smashing a massive hole and tumbling through.
