After learning this, Xu Fei felt a slight pang of regret, he was fine with saving someone, but his actions afterwards might have been a bit excessive.
But it wasn’t entirely his fault, when he arrived, he only thought he was dealing with some rich thug, who could’ve guessed the guy was Hua Ling’s boss.
Hua Ling, appearing quite reasonable, shook her head again and said.
“I’m not one to confuse priorities, even if he’s my boss, you’re still my saviour.”
“If he tries to retaliate later, I’ll just terminate my contract and quit!”

Opening it, he saw a clear message.
“Please buy me some clothes, including underwear, here’s my size, thank you, benefactor!”
Though the message had no name, the word “benefactor” made it obvious it was from Hua Ling.
Even Xu Fei hesitated, a grown man shopping in a women’s underwear store would definitely be awkward.
“No wonder that girl couldn’t bring herself to say it to my face, but now I’ve got no choice!”
With no other option, Xu Fei braced himself and headed into the mall’s clothing store.
In record time, Xu Fei bought a complete set of clothes for Hua Ling, from inner to outer garments, and returned to the private room on the eighth floor.
After handing the clothes to Hua Ling, she didn’t waste a moment and went straight to the bathroom to change.
