Soon, Hell’s Ear asked Xu Fei for the exact address and location, arriving in less than twenty minutes.
Seeing Hell’s Ear with a small backpack, Xu Fei knew he was genuinely furious.
“Greetings, Major. The cameras you mentioned, hand them all over to me!”
Xu Fei nodded, passing the cameras from his pocket to Hell’s Ear, who promptly opened his backpack, revealing a portable computer.
This computer appeared far more sophisticated and advanced than the one Hell’s Ear had previously used.
After a flurry of operations, Hell’s Ear turned the screen towards Major and said, “Major, you were right. The final recipient of these videos is indeed that Hao guy.”
Hearing this, Xu Fei couldn’t help but clench his fists.
“As expected, that scumbag. Can you check if he’s planning to do anything else with the videos recently?”
This was Xu Fei’s primary concern, but Hell’s Ear, quick as ever, had already investigated everything.
“I’ve traced those video files, and there are indeed signs of recent editing. Should I destroy all the videos?”
Under normal circumstances, Xu Fei would have agreed, but another thought struck him.
From the altered contract demanding exorbitant compensation to this yet-to-be-exposed video leak, it seemed Xu Fei always had the power to turn things around, but in reality, Hao held the upper hand every time.
Xu Fei realised that for someone as incorrigible as Hao, failing to deliver a decisive blow would likely lead to endless retaliation. Xu Fei had no time to play games with him.
So, Xu Fei decided to seize this chance to take down Hao once and for all, ensuring he’d never have the means to retaliate against Hua Ling again, while making him understand there were some people he couldn’t afford to cross!
Xu Fei then discussed briefly with Hell’s Ear, “If, hypothetically, I could find someone who looks identical to Hua Ling, then even if Hao leaks those videos to smear her, I’d have a way to clear her name, right?”
Hell’s Ear thought it over carefully and nodded, “You’re right, Major, but the catch is, can you really find someone who looks almost exactly like Hua Ling?”
