Without any hesitation or retreat, Xu Fei clenched his fist and swung it directly at the security captain’s incoming punch.
In an instant, the two fists collided heavily, and a crisp cracking sound rang out.
The security captain’s face changed instantly, as he discovered, with shock and pain, that his fist had bent upward at the wrist at a bizarre ninety-degree angle!
“Ouch… my hand…”
The security captain began howling in pain, and Xu Fei sneered, saying, “This is a school, not a boxing ring. Can’t you adults set an example for these minors?”
“Or are you still too stubborn to learn your lesson and want to keep coming at me to die? I’m happy to oblige!”
After saying this, Xu Fei glanced at the remaining dozen or so guards, his sharp gaze alone enough to weigh heavily on their minds.
Though they had numbers on their side, they didn’t dare act rashly.
After all, the security captain was the toughest among them.
When he competed for the position of captain, he had single-handedly trounced the other twenty-odd guards with overwhelming force.
So, seeing their once-invincible captain defeated so easily by Xu Fei, they immediately realised the vast gap in strength between themselves and him. No one was foolish enough to throw themselves into a hopeless fight.
They weren’t willing to die, but Director Liu was even less willing to let it go.
“What are you lot standing there for? Get him! Are ten of you scared of one guy?”
No matter how hysterically Director Liu shouted, the remaining guards stood frozen like statues, not moving an inch.
Furious, Director Liu pulled out his phone again.
“Fine! You’ve got some guts, ignoring me like that! You’ll regret this later!”
“And you, don’t think you’re something special just because you can fight and have some strength. If you’re so great, why don’t you go shovel manure?”
“You believe me or not, I’m calling the principal right now, and he’ll come personally to kick you out!”
If it had been anything else, Xu Fei might have been angry, but hearing this, he gave a slight smile.
“You’re going to call the principal?”
“Of course! What, scared now that you’ve heard the principal’s coming? If you’re scared, then get out!”
Director Liu thought Xu Fei was intimidated by the principal’s reputation, but Xu Fei’s smile grew even brighter.
“Please, hurry up and call him. If you can’t get the old principal here in one minute, I’ll look down on you!”
“Don’t try to goad me with your reverse psychology! You said it, let’s see what happens!”
With that, Director Liu angrily pulled out his phone and dialled Principal Lan’s number.
“Hello, is that Principal? Yes, yes, it’s me. Please come to the school entrance, someone’s causing trouble here, and I can’t handle it!”
Shortly after, Director Liu hung up, the fawning smile on his face vanishing as he resumed his sharp-tongued mockery of Xu Fei.
“Just wait to die! Causing trouble at my Imperial School? What an ignorant, bold country bumpkin!”
At this moment, Xu Fei’s expression remained unchanged, as if he hadn’t heard a word.
