He glanced at her and noticed she’d changed clothes, asking, “How come you changed outfits while I was napping?”
Bai Feng quietly recounted what had happened.
“Good thing that guy helped, or more people would’ve seen me completely soaked and exposed!” she said, her face slightly flushed.
Taking the business card from her hand, Xu Fei studied it thoughtfully, then got up and left.
At the restroom, a crew member immediately warned, “Sorry, sir, the water pipe’s broken, the restroom’s out of service for now!”
Xu Fei glanced inside, seeing the water still gushing, and smiled, “I’m not here to use it, I’m actually a plumber, let me handle this!”
The crew, especially the flight attendants, were thrilled to hear this.
Dressed in their crisp uniforms, they were awkwardly mopping up water to keep it from spreading, their clothes turning near-transparent, creating an embarrassing scene.
The two maintenance staff weren’t equipped to fix pipes, normally, such issues would lead to shutting off the water valve until landing, when a plumber could repair it.
Hearing Xu Fei was a plumber, the crew eagerly made space for him.
Xu Fei stepped in and immediately saw the pipe had been deliberately sabotaged.
The pipe and faucet were new, with no signs of wear, and the affected section was sturdy, unlikely to break naturally.
Combined with Bai Feng’s story, Xu Fei had a clear idea of who the culprit was.
Without showing it, he used his true qi to block the pipe, then told the crew, “This’ll hold for now, close the valve, and replace the faucet after landing.”
With that, he returned, activating his x-ray vision on the way back, quickly spotting Qian Jiahang in the crowded cabin, secretly watching Bai Feng.
