After the terrified teacher spilled the details, Xu Fei sneered.

Xu Fei intimidated the teacher but didn’t actually lay a hand on him, instead turning to head back the way he came.
In the office on the second floor, about ten minutes had passed since Bai Feng drank the tea.
During this time, Qian Jiahang had been casually chatting with Bai Feng, making small talk.
It wasn’t that Qian Jiahang was particularly talkative; he was patiently waiting for the drug to take effect and for Bai Feng to pass out.

As Bai Feng was about to drink, a sudden knock came at the door.
Standing outside was none other than Xu Fei.
After returning and not finding Bai Feng downstairs, Xu Fei immediately activated his clairvoyant vision to scan the building, spotting Bai Feng in this second-floor office.
“Some nerve, pulling a stunt like this. I’m gone for a few minutes, and he’s already tricked Bai Feng into being alone with him. Time to speed things up!”
Xu Fei raced to the second floor, knocking on the door just before Bai Feng could drink the second cup.
“Who’s there?”
Qian Jiahang opened the door irritably, only to see Xu Fei standing outside.
“Brother Fei, you’re finally back!”
Seeing Xu Fei, Bai Feng set the cup down without drinking and stood to walk outside.
Xu Fei gave Bai Feng a slight smile, his clairvoyant vision noting that the wisp of true qi he’d left in Bai Feng’s body had been consumed.
Then, turning to the cup, he saw something in the otherwise clear water.

When Bai Feng drank the drugged tea, the invisible true qi had slipped into the cup, neutralizing the drug’s effects.
So even though Bai Feng drank the tampered tea, he was completely unaffected.

To avoid blowing his cover, Xu Fei remained polite toward Qian Jiahang.
Qian Jiahang was about to say more to keep Bai Feng there when someone rushed up from downstairs.
