Had they admitted the mistake and rectified it immediately, they could have resolved the issue at minimal cost and even earned praise for their responsible attitude. Instead, they chose the most foolish approach, leading to the near disappearance of the brand from the market.
The leader of this environmental group knew perfectly well that his side held no moral ground. In such circumstances, the last thing to do was argue and prolong the spectacle. The priority was to disperse the crowd quickly and reduce the incident’s visibility.
And his tactic worked.
Many onlookers had enjoyed watching the internal dogfight, but this was, after all, a closed airport road. Most people were anxious to catch flights. In particular, the elderly lady who urgently needed to return to China hurried back to her taxi the moment the road cleared and begged the driver to rush her to the airport.
Thus the first car pulled away, followed by the second, then the third.
The once impenetrable traffic jam began to ease.
Some less hurried spectators wanted to keep watching the drama, but their own vehicles were still stuck. Public civility far exceeded that of these extreme environmentalists, so everyone reluctantly gave up the spectacle, returned to their cars, and drove off.
Soon Charlie wade started his engine too and drove the group out of the congested section. Helena said indignantly inside the car, “I wonder how this will end. If the Swedish side does not hold them accountable or conduct a proper investigation, they might actually get away with it.”
Charlie wade smiled and replied, “If you want them to face legal consequences, you could simply have a word with the Nordic police. In your capacity as Queen, suggest they detain these people for questioning before they can leave Northern Europe. Insist the police do not merely go through the motions but take full statements. Then have the matter officially passed from the Nordic authorities to Sweden. Once that happens, Sweden will definitely treat it seriously. If the Nordic media give it an extra push at the right moment, this incident could become the starting point for tearing off the hypocritical mask of extreme environmental organisations. The whole of Europe would benefit in the long run.”
He continued, “From what I observed today, ordinary Europeans have suffered under these hooligans for far too long. People simply dare not stand up and protest because everyone fears ending up like J.K. Rowling. But this time is different. They have already exposed a corner of their criminal evidence. If you stand firm, occupy the moral high ground, follow the vine to the melon, ride the momentum, and expose their true faces, you will become a hero in the eyes of Europeans.”
The breeding ground for extreme environmentalism exists almost exclusively in Europe, and only within EU countries.
This is because EU nations enjoy relatively developed economies, most being long-established capitalist states. Decades of left-leaning politics have given these clowns the audacity to defecate on people’s heads.
In less developed Asian, African, or Latin American countries, or in the Third World, if these people dared to shout about environmentalism in extreme ways, local citizens would slap them a hundred times each and chase them across the border. No one would tolerate interference with their ability to feed their families.
North America is equally developed, yet its culture is far too rugged. In a country with more guns than people, these activists would never get the chance to climb onto anyone’s neck. Before they could even drop their trousers, a hail of bullets would already be inside them.
Eastern Europe needs no mention. Even if you paid them to protest there, they would never dare set foot in the region.
Hence they continually roam the EU countries: demonstrating in Northern Europe today, marching in Central Europe tomorrow, vandalising artworks in Britain and France when bored, or, when really idle, dyeing entire rivers with paint.
Ordinary Europeans actually detest them, but just like with LGBT issues, people are angry yet afraid to speak out. Whenever someone with a sense of justice utters a fair word, they are immediately set upon by the mob and may even be publicly humiliated by celebrities they once helped make famous.
Everyone yearns for a genuine hero to step forward and resolve this nonsense once and for all, but that person has never appeared.
Today, however, the incident has occurred on Nordic soil, preceded by this farcical drama. It is the perfect opportunity for Helena to stand up!
