The Eastern Continent had a large, vast and flat grassland with few natives, and most of the pixelated villains had migrated to the Twin Cities on the Western Continent.
Nowadays, this side was more like a dangerously vast hunting ground. Hunters and adventurers would come here to hunt and capture live antelopes, wildebeests and even wolves and lions, and there were quite a few people who lost their lives here.
Due to the presence of the local supernatural creature, the fiery turkey, the change of era has had little effect on the Eastern Continent.
Lu Yao had set the test field in the Eastern Continent because it had a complete and stable ecological chain, secondly, there was no influence from the pixel villain, and thirdly, the area was large enough.
A stable and balanced environment was necessary when it came to placing a brand new species.
Otherwise, the mortality rate will be very high if a new species goes in and meets a group of man-eating crabs or a group of fishers in the sea.
Lu Yao fixed his viewpoint on the westernmost part of the Eastern Continent, where there was an oval-shaped bump that was just right.
He tapped out the Miracle [Earthquake].
As the earth trembled, the animals scattered in fear, and the fiery turkeys wisely withdrew to the inland area to escape the natural disaster.
The constant earthquakes ploughed through the ground of the eastern continent, forming a deep trench that cut the ellipse almost straight through to the main continent, bringing up the land on either side to bulge and form two entirely new mountain ranges and ridgelines.
Lu Yao also cast [Hurricane] on a wide scale, supplemented by [Lightning] and [Rainfall], to scare back the creatures in the surrounding area as much as possible and reduce unnecessary damage.
He used his miracle to repeatedly change the landscape, keeping the experimental area and the Eastern Continent as separate as possible.
The valleys between the two areas grew deeper and the mountains climbed. The sea flowed in from both sides, turning it into a wide and steep strait.
Lu Yao then focused his eyes on the elliptical test site, further casting earthquakes around the perimeter, squeezing to create high mountains and enclosing the centre into a large basin, preserving the local plain as well as a portion of the woods.
There were also some small animals in the basin, including monkeys and squirrels in the trees, voles in the soil, and a portion of birds of prey. They stayed for various reasons.
For the entire geomorphological renovation project, Lu Yao erased and altered and painted before and after, consuming 283 rounds of [Earthquakes], 77 [Hurricanes], 12 [Lightning] and 4 [Rainfalls].
The total cost was a whopping 13,910 Faith points.
And that’s just the initial terrain change for a small patch of land.
If the faith reserves weren’t strong enough, Lu Yao wouldn’t have dared to make such a drastic regional transformation.
Having built the basic framework, the next step was to put it in place.
Lu Yao opened the transparent plastic box on the table.
The box contained pet insects that had been purchased. They are called Chinese Big Flat Spade, with black-brown body colour, flat body shape, developed jaws, like a pair of jagged pincers, and quite a formidable appearance.
Although this beetle had an aggressive personality, it fed on tree sap and fruits and moved slowly. By choosing it, Lu Yao was hoping to increase the diversity of transcendent creatures, plus he personally liked it better as a child.
He dropped the first beetle into the pixel world.

Lu Yao dragged it to the test basin and released the mouse to place it. The spade beetle immediately came to life, its burly body crawling around on the ground.

As long as a dropped animal could be allowed to survive in the wild for a while, the simulator would determine its integration into the world. In a way, it was faster than going through the hands of a pixel villain, but it was also less controllable.
Lu Yao named it [Fighting Spade Armour].
Then, he dropped the remaining two Spade Armours into the experimental continent in batches as well.
This time, there were no unexpected variants, and they were both the same [Fighting Spade Armour].
Being in the experimental basin, except for one of the females, the two males [Fighting Stag Beetle] were on each other as soon as they met, with the two sets of antler jaws clamping and poking at each other.

Then, a male bucket and spade armour set its target to the outside world.
It winged its way out of the basin and leapt across the channel, only to land on the opposite shore when it was attacked by a fiery turkey.
Many transcendental creatures have a strong sense of territory.
Physical defence couldn’t carry the mandatory blood deduction brought about by the flaming burns, and the Fighting Shovel Armour was burned all the way back by the Flaming Chicken’s flames, finally escaping back to the basin of the experimental area.
The three Fighting Spade Armours resumed their peaceful life in the past, devouring the leaves of the forest and eating and sleeping. Slowly, the second generation of the little spade beetles was born.
Slowly, the Dewhopper clan multiplied and grew.
Lu Yao began to drop the next species.
He opened another box containing six green chrysalises.
These are the chrysalises of the citrus phoenix butterfly, which can hatch out into butterflies.
Lu Yao carefully placed the chrysalis on the mouse.
Unlike the Spade Armour, the Chrysalis placement had a much clearer reason.
Butterflies can spread pollen, which benefits the growth and hybridisation of various plants throughout the world. Combined with the fact that they would be transcendent creatures after the drop, with lifespans and survivability far exceeding that of ordinary insects, it would theoretically have a boosting effect on plants throughout the pixelated world.

The Green Crested Butterfly flutters between the trees and grasses, bringing up sheets of phosphorescent light. Having only just broken out of its chrysalis, the butterfly is wary of the entire pixelated world as it flits around the basin.
Lu Yao downscaled all five remaining chrysalises into the simulator in one breath.
This time, however, only four succeeded and one failed.
In addition to the [Green Phoenix Butterfly], there was also a special species that was downgraded, which Lu Yao named the [Stinking Phoenix Butterfly].
The Stinking Phoenix Butterfly and the Green Phoenix Butterfly had basically the same colours and panels, but different abilities.
